1. Your responsibility
Use Runquest only when it is safe and lawful. Stay aware of traffic, weather, terrain, private property, local rules, and your physical condition. Runquest is not emergency, navigation, or medical advice.
2. Location accuracy
GPS, maps, routes, territory boundaries, and recommendations can be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify your surroundings. Never rely on the app as your only source of directions or safety information.
3. Fair play
Do not submit fake GPS data, manipulated activities, automated claims, impersonation, harassment, spam, illegal content, threats, hate speech, or attempts to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
4. User content
You remain responsible for content you post. You grant Runquest a limited license to host, display, process, and distribute your content as required to operate the service. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to enforce these terms.
5. Subscriptions
Paid features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play. Store terms control billing, cancellation, and refunds. Deleting your Runquest account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
6. Reports and moderation
Use in-app reporting and blocking tools when needed. Moderation is not real-time. Contact local emergency services when there is an immediate threat.
